Netsmart and Delta Care Rx announced development of a new digital solution to manage hospice outpatient and inpatient medication records. The new, two-way interface allows nurses to save time entering information into an individual’s health record. The interface was initially implemented at Capital Caring Health in Falls Church, Virginia. Capital Caring Health saw immediate results in reducing nurses' time spent on charting its more than 7,000 individuals served.
