NextGen Healthcare Launches AI-Driven Solution For Behavioral Health Clinicians  

NextGen Healthcare said its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven ambient listening solution NextGen Ambient Assist;is now available to psychiatrists and other prescribers in the behavioral health space. The solution first launched in 2023 and can be accessed through the NextGen Mobile application.;

The solution transcribes consumer-professional conversations in real time and leverages AI to summarize the encounters. NextGen said the solution completes its summary within 60 seconds of an appointment and can save clinical professionals as much as two hours per day of documentation time.
