The Ramsey County Community Corrections Department in Minnesota went live on its RiteTrack Juvenile Justice system. Ramsey County originally partnered with Handel Information Technologies after selecting RiteTrack through a competitive bid process in 2014 to replace two separate systems that had managed their juvenile detention facility and residential facility, respectively. Goals of the project include analyzing business processes and then synthesizing them between the two facilities, converting and combining data from the two previously disparate databases, maintaining accurate Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI) reporting, and integrating with a data warehouse hosted by the state of Minnesota.
