Founded 1999, Allegheny HealthChoices, Inc. (AHCI) is a tax-exempt organization that was formed to monitor the transition of Medicaid-funded behavioral health services to managed care in the HealthChoices behavioral health program in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. AHCI also consults with provider organizations to plan, evaluated, manage projects, and analyze data to provide consumers with the best behavioral health services.
