Founded in 1883, Bancroft is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides special education, residential services, employment services, neurologic rehabilitation, behavioral analysis and treatment, and residential treatment. Bancroft is a Center of Excellence for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment. The Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has nationally accredited the organization. Their mission statement is, "Bancroft profoundly impacts children and adults living with disabilities by delivering high-quality services to empower them to realize their best life."
