Founded in 1966, Care Plus NJ (CPNJ) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides integrated primary care, mental health care, and substance abuse rehabilitation services. CPNJ is accredited by the Joint Commission, and its mission statement is, "Care Plus NJ, Inc. is dedicated to excellence in mental health care and has a commitment to life-long support needed by individuals and their families to ensure that they achieve their full potential and improve the quality of their lives."
