Founded in 1980, Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare (Cascadia) is a non-profit community-based behavioral health and substance use treatment services organization in the state of Oregon. Cascadia offers integrated mental health, addiction, primary care, and housing services in the greater Portland metropolitan area. Their mission is to “deliver whole health care – integrated mental health and addiction services, primary care, and housing – to promote hope and support the well-being of the communities we serve.” The organization is a certified community behavioral health center (CCBHC) and was designated with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike status in March 2021.
