Centerpointe: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1973, Centerpointe is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and Certified Community Behavior Health Clinic that provides a comprehensive and integrated range of mental health, substance use, and primary health services. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities has accredited Centerpointe. Their mission statement is “CenterPointe helps the people we serve get better, sooner, for longer.”
