Founded in 1960, Cherokee Health Systems (CHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides integrated primary care and behavioral health, dental, optometry, and pharmacy services to people of all ages. CHS fulfills its mission of enhancing the health and well-being of its community by providing high-quality, integrated, comprehensive, equitable, and person-centered healthcare for all within its 19 health centers and mobile clinic.
