Founded in 1977, Family Recovery Center (FRC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides outpatient treatment, medication-assisted treatment, recovery housing, community-based programs, and their Steering Clear program, which is an alternative to jail for first-time Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) offenders.
