Four Oaks Family & Children’s Services: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1973, Four Oaks Family and Children’s Services (Four Oaks) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides affordable housing services, foster care and adoption, prevention, community-based services, and mental health treatment. The Council on Accreditation has accredited Four Oaks. Their mission statement is: “Four Oaks assures children become successful adults.”
