Frontier Health: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1974, Frontier Health is a 501(c)(3) that serves communities in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia with a mission of “assisting people in achieving their highest potential.” Having dedicated teams along with multiple community partners has enabled the Gray, Tennessee-based organization provide services that have allowed it to set local, regional, and national standards of excellence for accessible and high-quality behavioral health, intellectual disabilities, and vocational services.
