Founded in 2012, HealthFirst Bluegrass, Inc. (HealthFirst) is a privately-held, tax-exempt provider organization and a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including health, oral, and mental health and substance abuse services to consumers of all ages.
