Milwaukee Center For Independence: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1938, the Milwaukee Center For Independence (CFI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that integrates health care and social services for consumers with disabilities and special needs but also assists consumers of all abilities. The Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) have accredited CFI.
