Mosaic: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 2003, Mosaic was formed July 1, 2003, from the consolidation of Bethphage and Axtell, two Nebraska-born Lutheran ministries. Mosaic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides services for people with mental and behavioral health needs, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and aging adults. Their mission statement is “Embracing God’s call, Mosaic relentlessly pursues opportunities that empower people.”
