Pathpoint: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 1964, Pathpoint is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides services for consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and mental health needs. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has accredited Pathpoint. Their mission statement is “PathPoint supports people in living the life they choose. We partner with people with disabilities, people with mental health diagnoses, and young adults to pursue their hopes and dreams through strengthening workplace abilities, building life skills, and developing meaningful relationships.”
