Service Coordination Unlimited: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in 2012, Service Coordination Unlimited (SCU) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that assists older adults and individuals with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism to live independently or as independently as they wish by coordinating their services within various waiver programs and the Pennsylvania Act 150 Program. SCU, originally formed in 1997, operates as part of the Attendant Care Program at Community Living and Support Services (CLASS).
