Spectrum Health Systems: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile
Founded in 1969, Spectrum Health Systems is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers a continuum of addiction treatment services throughout Massachusetts, including inpatient detoxification, residential rehabilitation, medication-assisted treatment, outpatient counseling, and peer recovery support. Spectrum also operates a Correctional Division, which was established in 1993, and serves the justice-involved population with co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders in Massachusetts, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. Their mission statement is, “Our mission is to provide the highest quality of services to individuals seeking treatment for substance use and/or mental health disorders.”
