(doing business as Terros Health) is a non-profit company that provides integrated primary care and specialized mental health and substance use treatment for children and families in Arizona. The company is accredited by CARF International and operates four Federally Qualified Health Centers which are recognized by NCQA as Patient Centered Medical Homes.
