Wellnest: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Founded in;1924, Wellnest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps children and young adults in Southern California with their mental health. The organization is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and has earned designation as a trauma-informed organization by the National Council for Behavioral Services. Their mission statement is, “Through a holistic approach to emotional well-being, Wellnest offers hope, healing and opportunity to the children, young adults, families, and communities we serve. Our commitment remains steadfast as we enter our second century of service.”
