Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) is a local government agency established in 1970 by the state of Virginia to provide mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services. It is funded through public money and operates under the authority of local government.

Headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia, RACSB serves Fredericksburg City, King George, Caroline, Stafford, and Spotsylvania counties. The organization employs approximately 550 staff and serves about 25,000 individuals annually. RACSB’s fiscal year (FY) 2025 budget was $60.4 million.
