Program Overview
Launched on March 23, 2020, Every Child Oregon developed the My NeighbOR program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic through a partnership with Oregon’s Department of Human Services (DHS). The program is a 36-county emergency response system that connects foster families, youth in foster care, and families of origin involved with child welfare to goods and services from community members.
