Lutheran Social Services Of Illinois (LSSI) is launching a new child welfare program called Families Together in July 2022 Families Together offers an integrated redesign of traditional child welfare services by blending expert case coordination, behavioral health interventions, and evidence-based interventions in support of each family. This five-year pilot project aids in the organization’s mission to serve the whole person; to strive to listen with empathy and compassion; and to promote the dignity of each person, value the diversity of human life, and help people realize their full potential.
