Founded in 1972, OMNI is a non-profit organization providing behavioral and educational support services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. The organization is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). Their mission is to “[provide] access to quality behavioral health and educational support services for children and adults that result in pathways to successful and healthy behaviors throughout life.”

Headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, OMNI serves 25 communities across Chicago and the northwest suburbs. The organization employs 84 staff and, in 2025, served approximately 73,645 individuals, including 1,365 in counseling, 280 intact child welfare families . . .
