Chronic Conditions Among Medicare Beneficiaries: 2012 Chartbook

In January 2012, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published an update to the 2011 edition of the chronic conditions chartbook. The chartbook provides an overview of chronic conditions among Medicare beneficiaries, highlights the prevalence of chronic conditions among Medicare beneficiaries, and documents the impact of chronic conditions on Medicare service utilization and spending.
