Bill HB 2666 was passed in Arizona in 2012. It contains specific language and definations concerning telemedicine services. One of the key provisions is that a contract issued by a coorporation must provide coverage for health care services that are provided through telemedicine if the health care would be covered were it provided through an in-person consultation between the subscriber and the health care provider.
