The Michigan Department of Community Health (DCH) reduced the number of behavioral health specialty prepaid inpatient health plans (PIHPs) that manage publicly funded behavioral health services from 18 to 10 on January 1, 2014. By October 2014, DCH will merge its 16 local substance abuse coordinating agencies into the 10 PIHPs. This document is a list of contact information for the 10 PIHPs.
