SAMHSA FY 2014 Justification Of Estimates For Appropriations Committees
In April, 2013, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) released its justification of budget estimates for the Appropriations Committees for Fiscal Year (FY) 2014. A total of $3,572 billion is requested, reflecting a $3.5 million increase over FY 2012 funding levels.
