Final Notice Medicaid Program: Initial Core Set of Health Care Quality Measures for Medicaid-Eligible Adults

On January 4, 2012, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)issued a final notice that announces the initial core set of health care quality measures for Medicaid-eligible adults. The core set consist of 26 measures that cover areas such as prevention, health promotion and acute-and chronic condition management.
