Pennsylvania DPW RFA 22-11 Seeking Statewide Fiscal Agent For HCBS Services

The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare released the request for applications to consolidate its financial management services (FMS) contracts from 37 to one. The FMS contractor serves individuals enrolled in the home- and community-based services waivers operated by the DPW Office of Long-Term Living  and Office of Developmental Programs and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. The FMS vendor ensures that all federal, state, and local taxes are managed consistently and reduce the employer-related burden to individuals and representatives/surrogates receiving participant directed services.
