Actions Needed To Help Ensure Appropriate Medication Continuation & Prescribing Practices

In this report released January 5, 2016, the federal Government Accountability Organization (GAO) assessed transitions of care, including medication continuity for service members with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or traumatic brain injury (TBI transitioning from the military health system through the Department of Defense (DoD) to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
