January, 2009 New York's Westchester County Department of Information Technology, in cooperation with the Westchester County Department of Correction, seeks a contractor to provide a comprehensive electronic medical health records system. The proposed system is being sought to fully automate the various processes and records associated with providing 24/7 health care (medical, dental and mental health) to inmates in the custody of the County Department of Correction.
