TennCare Demonstration Agreement With CMS

On January 8, 2021, the Tennessee Department of Health 7 Human Services released this State Medicaid demonstration (TennCare) agreement with the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS approved Tennessee's request for a section 1115 demonstration project entitled, “TennCare III”.
