Illinois DHS Responses to Illinois Commission on Governmental Forecasting and Accountability About Closing Howe Developmental Center

January 9, 2009 This document has responses from the Illinois Divisions of Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health to questions regarding the closure of Howe Developmental Center and the transformation of the Tinley Park Mental Center, respectively.
