June 23, 2008 Provides an overview of the activities and clients of the Nebraska Division of Developmental Disabilities. It was presented to the legislature in response to a legislative investigative committee formed by Legislative Resolution 283. The committee reviewed documents related to the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities including studies by the Nebraska Advocacy Services, DOJ, and CMS.
