Sonoma County Mental Health Services Act Prevention and Early Intervention Plan

December 18, 2008 The document describes the community planning process, the outcomes desired, and how funds will be used by Sonoma County Mental Health Services in California to start an early childhood mental illness prevention project. The project will also include a school based programs, and crisis intervention services for first onset of mental illness in youth.
