Medicare Program; Contract Year 2023 Policy & Technical Changes To The Medicare Advantage & Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Programs

On January 12, 2022, the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published this proposed rule regarding the Medicare program contract year 2023 policy and technical changes to the Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescrfiption drug benefit programs.
