January 8, 2008 This document describes the scope of the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities request for proposals for an organization to run the Fairfield Center Intermediate Care Facility for Mental Retardation. Proposals are due by February 15, 2008. The proposals can address one of two options: acquisition of the license only or acquisition of the license and purchase of the property.
