This document is a district court ruling issued January 14, 2015 regarding Home Care Association of America, et al. v. Weil, which was filed by home care trade associations to protest provisions of the Department of Labor (DOL) Home Care Final Rule, which requires home and personal care provider organizations to pay caregivers minimum wage.
