Healthy PA Interim Healthy Benefit Plan

This document was issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) to modify enrollment options for the Healthy Pennsylvania Medicaid redesign and expansion plan. The federal government approved plan design for two of the three Healthy Pennsylvania enrollment options, Healthy Plus plan and the Private Coverage Option (PCO) plans.
