The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services seeks a contractor to provide network administration services to organize, train, support, and manage a network of high-quality, effective service providers. The network will deliver family support and related services that stabilize families; provide culturally responsive quality services; improve the quality and availability of services in local communities and in close proximity to families involved in the child welfare system; increase accountability in the purchasing and provision of high quality, culturally responsive services; and increase focus on outcomes. Proposals are due April 1, 2013.
