Vermont 2014: Reforming Vermont’s Mental Health System, Report to the Legislature on the Implementation of Act 79

The Vermont Department of Mental Health (DMH) released the document on January 15, 2014. The document includes details about the state's ongoing transformation of its public mental health system.
