Dismissal Of Rehearing Appeal Filed In Walgreen Co. v. Abigail E. Hinchy
The lawsuit was filed in 2010. As described in the case documents, a pharmacist employed by Walgreen intentionally viewed the personal health data of the plaintiff who had once dated the pharmacistÂ’s husband.
