Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014
On January 16, 2014, President Obama signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act for 2014 into law. The Act allocates $3.6 billion to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2014.
