Order Decertifying The Class In Miller, et al., v. ThedaCare, et al.

In this ruling issued on January 18, 2018, a federal judge decertified a class-action complaint about failure to honor breaks. The complaint was filed by employees of Thedacare, a Wisconsin health and hospital system. The employees alleged that Thedacare policies violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by forcing them to work through their unpaid lunch breaks without compensation.
