Nebraska Legislative Bill.1129 of 2012, Regarding Private Health Plan Coverage of Autism Diagnosis and Treatment

Nebraska LB.1129 would apply to private insurance plans for dependents up to age 21. Coverage would include behavioral health treatments such as ABA, as well as other medically necessary services. No limits would be set on benefits with the exception of ABA, which would be capped annually at $70,000 up to the age of 9 and $20,000 thereafter up to the age of 21.
