On Janaury 19, 2022, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) published this Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approval letter for the home- and community-based services (HCBS) spending plan for implementation of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Section 9817 Revised Spending Plan: January 19, 2022.
