The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) is planning to release a request for proposals (RFP 21-12) to seek contractors for a new program that provides protective services for adults with disabilities between the ages of 18 and 59 years. To finalize its plans for the procurement, on January 22, 2013, DPW released a draft RFP to seek public comments through February 19, 2013.
