Approved Settlement Agreement in Napper et al., v. County of Sacramento, et al.

January 23, 2012
On January 3, 2012, Sacramento County and Disability Rights California reached a settlement of a lawsuit filed by the latter in 2010. The suit was filed after Sacramento County announced plans to open new mental health clinics staffed by county employees to replace centers operated by non-profit contracted provider organizations that have been offering these services for 15 years.
