Chicago Department of Public Health RFP# DA-41-1005-1-2015-001 Seeking Mental Health Community Services

In this request for proposals (RFP) released on January 26, 2015, the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) sought proposals from community-based provider organizations to provide services for three services to improve the cityÂ’s overall mental health infrastructure. CDHP intended to award $250,000 for each of the three initiatives: provide mental health services to city residents released from the Cook County Jail, uninsured and under-insured residents, and to city residents ineligible for Medicaid or health insurance coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.
